I am a Holistic Nutritionist, Embodiment Mentor, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Facilitator.
I meet you where you are and support you in accessing the intelligence of your body to bring you back into balance on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and energetic.
My intention is to help people reconnect with their bodies, the Earth and the rhythms and seasons of life. We all thrive when we take good care of ourselves and embody more of the joy, love, freedom and abundance within.
