Always exploring the world around me, I came across yoga.
I went from looking outside, to looking inside, and connecting to my body, through yoga, has been essential to this process.
I started teaching yoga because I wanted to offer others the chance to feel the benefits of this practice or, at least, to create a context where anyone can take something they consider useful from it.

Ana has graduated from the Physical therapy at ANEFS and became a fitness trainer shortly after. She has worked for many years as a personal trainer and a body&mind instructor. Ana is the cofounder of Yoga Academy Romany, a certified yoga instructor, and as she has always been drawn to combining the mind – body – soul development she also works as a coach and has a passion for self development and knowledge.
