Hi, I’m Criss. I just arrived from India back home, eager to share my knowledge and experience with you.

☀️ Ha – Solar, Masculine, Heating, Movement, Right Hemisphere, Yin, Active
🌑 Th – Lunar, Cooling, Stillness, Left Hemisphere, Yang, Passive
🕉️ Yog – Joining, harmonising the two opposing forces. The union between the masculine (active) and the feminine (passive).
🧘 Hatha Yoga – A practice meant to balance the two cerebral hemispheres, harmonise the entire energetic and physical system, promoting the flux of Prana to flow freely.
☯️ As we experience a dual reality, so is reflected in the vessel, the body which each of us is aware of. Therefore, the benefits of this harmonising practice are numerous.
- The process is a combination of pranayama (breathwork), asana (body postures) and dhyana (meditation). These practices altogether promote overall physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual well-being.

🌳 Just as we have the the veins in the Physical Body, so we have the nadyah (energy channels) and chakras (energy centers) in the Subtle Body. The practice of Hath Yog, cleanses, opens, and balances these, letting the Flux of Prana (life force, vital energy) to flow freely.
That is why it is said that “where the attention goes, that’s where the enrgy flows.”
🌬️ Through conscious breathing, we are able to better contain our Life Force Energy, without letting it follow all distractions around us (consciously or unconsciously).
Hath Yog aids in this greatly.

🕉️ Yog – Înseamnă împreunarea, armonizarea celor două forțe opuse. Este uniunea dintre aspectul masculin (activ) și cel feminin (pasiv).
🧘 Hatha Yoga – O practica menita sa echilibreze cele două emisfere cerebrale, sa armonizeze întregul sistem energetic si fizic, promovând circulația libera a fluxului de energie vitală.
☯️ Așa cum realitatea pe care o experimentăm este de natură duală, acest aspect se reflectă și în vasul nostru – corpul, de care fiecare dintre noi este conștient. Prin urmare, beneficiile acestei practici de armonizare sunt numeroase.
- Procesul constă într-o combinație de pranayama (controlul respirației), asana (posturi corporale) și dhyana (meditație). Aceste practici, împreună, promovează sănătatea fizică generală, claritatea mentală și bunăstarea spirituală.

🌳 Așa cum avem vene în Corpul Fizic, tot așa avem nadyah (canale energetice) și chakre(centre energetice) în Corpul Subtil. Practica de Hath Yog le curăță, le deschide și le echilibrează, permițând Fluxului de Prana (forța vieții, energia vitală) să circule liber.
De aceea se spune: „Unde se duce atenția, acolo se duce și energia.”
🌬️ Prin respirație conștientă, putem conține mai bine Energia noastră Vitală, fără a o lăsa să fie distrasă de tot ce ne înconjoară (conștient sau inconștient).

I Just arrived from India after one year and a half; and I’m eager to share my knowledge and experience with you. India held the space for me to unfold and embody everything I was meant to; to become one with it. I became friends with my Breath, and since then, everything changed. Right after, it clicked… it has been always just my mind, separating me from everything perceived. Keeping me busy in the mental planes, when there is so much to engage with in each present moment. I learnt to observe without evaluation, and right there were the most beautiful ways of Self expression and the beauty of Pure Presence. Yet, as all is infinite potential, there is always a next level, a next chance to remain That, when the Self is so ready to react. I learned it’s less about the known, as it always shifts along with growth. It is about remaining curious, always a seeker of the Truth; yet, ready to renounce the known at all times. Ready to hold the space through Breath and conscious relaxation of the body. With the help of yoga, we can remember who we truly are, regardless of the mind (the constant seeking and finding). We remember we have always been Home, Here and Now. Through stillness, we can easily find and reside in the essence of our true nature.
