Back to Nature: Yoga & Handpan, Fireshow & Foc de Tabara, Nature Walk & Mushroom Picking
Salutare om drag de la oraș! Weekendul acesta te invitam sa revii in natura.
Te invitam acest weekeend la Sambodhi Village unde ti-am pregatit clase de Yoga pentru relaxarea ta fizic si mentala, plimbare in natura pe dealurile din împrejurimi, Mushroom picking, Fireshow si foc de tabara acompaniat de ritmuri vindecatoare de Handpand.
Programul este unul flexibil si poți veni de vineri sau de sambata.
Începe diminețile cu o sesiune energizanta de Yoga sustinuta de Criss Constantinescu (@onenessyogawithcriss)
Apoi avem pauza de breakfast si apoi, pentru cei ce doresc, mergem la plimbare prin natura. Admiram schimbarea frunzelor si culegem ciupercute de sezon.
Seara ne strangem la foc, unde Roxana (@roxraya) ne va incanta cu Fireshow urmat de concert Handpan.
PS: Stay Tuned, avem si un invitat surpriză care ne va ajuta sa gatim “recolta” adunata din pădure.

Contribuția ta
Vii cu cineva? Sau vrei să împarți cortul cu un prieten din comunitate? Poți rezerva doar un pat sau întregul cort – cum simți și cum ai nevoie.

In locatie dispunem de bucatarie si sala de mese si va invit sa gatim impreuna. In Campulung exista LIDL, Penny, Profi de unde va puteti aproviziona. Optional daca grupul doreste putem comanda sau merge la restaurant in Campulung.

Ce este Sambodhi Village ?
Un spațiu de glamping gândit ca o extensie a studioului nostru de Yoga – cu corturi cozy, spatiu de practica, si energie blândă.
Fiecare cort 🏕️ oferă:
Două paturi twin – se pot închiria separat (ideal pentru retrageri solo sau cu prieteni)
Aer condiționat – pentru confort în orice anotimp – la 0 grade afara, in cort avem 25 grade
Toaletă proprie pentru fiecare cort – intimitate, igienă, relaxare totală
Separator camera de dormit pentru mai multa intimitate
Priză, wifi, paturici, pernute de meditatie, dopusoare de urechi

🚗 Cum ajungi la noi?
Ne găsești la 2h de București, în satul Bughea de Sus, lângă Câmpulung Muscel.
🛣️ Cu mașina personală:
Ruta București – Pitești – Câmpulung (~175 km)
Sau București – Târgoviște – Câmpulung (~150 km)
🚌 Cu Maxi Taxi (~50 lei):
Din Autogara Păcii (Metrou Păcii) spre Câmpulung – curse la fiecare 2 ore. Info și bilete: Autogari.ro – București → Câmpulung
🚆 Cu trenul (30–50 lei):
Curse zilnice din București spre Câmpulung – un drum frumos și relaxant

Nu port un titlu anume, dar în fiecare întâlnire, aduc cu mine entuziasmul pentru muzică și puterea terapeutică a Sunetului. Cânt la Handpan de 5 ani, iar acest instrument m-a învățat nu doar să ascult mai profund, ci și să creez spații în care oamenii se pot reconecta cu ei înșiși, cu pământul și cu liniștea din interior. Muzica a fost mereu cu mine, de când eram copil. Îmi plăcea să cânt, să dansez și să mă joc cu sunetele, dar nu toată lumea înțelegea această chemare. Am fost descurajată de multe ori să continui… și totuși, ceva din mine nu a renunțat niciodată. În timp, am descoperit că muzica nu trebuie să fie despre performanță sau perfecțiune – ci despre vindecare, libertate și conexiune. O să îți arăt și ție asta.

Hi 🙏, I’m Criss. Thank you for taking interest in reading about me. I Just arrived from India after one year and a half; and I’m eager to share my knowledge and experience with you. India held the space for me to unfold and embody everything I was meant to; to become one with it. I became friends with my Breath, and since then, everything changed. Right after, it clicked… it has been always just my mind, separating me from everything perceived. Keeping me busy in the mental planes, when there is so much to engage with in each present moment. I learnt to observe without evaluation, and right there were the most beautiful ways of Self expression and the beauty of Pure Presence. Yet, as all is infinite potential, there is always a next level, a next chance to remain That, when the Self is so ready to react. I learned it’s less about the known, as it always shifts along with growth. It is about remaining curious, always a seeker of the Truth; yet, ready to renounce the known at all times. Ready to hold the space through Breath and conscious relaxation of the body. With the help of yoga, we can remember who we truly are, regardless of the mind (the constant seeking and finding). We remember we have always been Home, Here and Now. Through stillness, we can easily find and reside in the essence of our true nature. It cannot be that far, as it has always been within. 🪷 Let’s walk each other Home. 🧘✨ What is Hath Yog? ✨🧘 ☀️ Ha Solar, Masculine, Heating, Movement, Right Hemisphere, Yin, Active 🌑 Th Lunar, Cooling, Stillness, Left Hemisphere, Yang, Passive 🕉️ HATH YOG Joining, harmonising the two opposing forces. The union between the masculine (active) and the feminine (passive). The process is a combination of pranayama (breathwork), asana (body postures) and dhyana (meditation). These practices altogether promote overall physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual well-being. ☯️ As we experience a dual reality, so is is reflected in the vessel, the body which each of us is aware of. Therefore, the benefits of this harmonising practice are numerous: 🪷 Benefits * Emotional Balance * Increaseses Self-Awareness * Better Sleep * Stress Relief and Reduction * Improves Focus and Concentration * Balances the Energy Flow in the entire body * Improves Digestion * Detoxification * Improves the Immune System * Better Flexibility, Mobility and Strength 🌳 Just as we have the the veins in the Physical Body, so we have the nadyah (energy channels) and chakras (energy centers) in the Subtle Body. The practice of Hath Yog, cleanses, opens, and balances these, letting the Flux of Prana (life force, vital energy) to flow freely. 🍃 Prana is the vital force that connects the body, mind and spirit. It is the subtle energy behind breath, yet it is not the breath itself. Rather, the power behind all movement thought and life. That is why it is said that "where the attention goes, that's where the enrgy flows." 🌬️ Through conscious breathing, we are able to better contain our Life Force Energy, without letting it follow all distractions around us (consciously or unconsciously). Hath Yog aids in this greatly.
