Despre Facilitator

I'm Olena Aleksevych, a Mindvalley Certified Life Coach, nutritionist, public speaker, and community leader passionate about helping people build healthier lifestyles and create lasting change.

I specialize in gut health programs, behavior change, and helping people improve their relationship with food. My work focuses on supporting individuals who struggle with emotional eating, unhealthy eating patterns, and food-related challenges by combining coaching, nutrition education, and practical lifestyle strategies. I also help people better understand nutritional supplements and how they can support overall health and well-being.

For the past three years, I have hosted more than 120 group workshops, educational events, and community sessions. Every Sunday, I lead nutrition education events in a health club, helping participants better understand nutrition, healthy habits, and sustainable lifestyle practices.
In addition to my nutrition work, I spent one year working as a Life Coach in a charitable organization in Bucharest, supporting refugees with integration, confidence building, career development, and job search strategies.

As an ultramarathon runner, I believe in leading by example. My personal record is 70 kilometers in a single day, an experience that strengthened my understanding of resilience, mindset, recovery, and long-term health.
My facilitation style combines practical knowledge, coaching tools, and real-life experience to help people make informed decisions about their health, lifestyle, and personal growth. I am passionate about empowering individuals to build habits that support energy, confidence, and long-term well-being.
Based in Bucharest, Romania, I work with international audiences in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
