The Heart of Inquiry: The Art of Asking Powerful Questions for Clarity and Growth (EN/RO)
Part II: The Heart of Inquiry—The Art of Asking Powerful Questions for Clarity and Growth
Note: Completion of Part I is required to attend Part II.
What happens when we stop trying to “fix” each other and start truly listening? 🌿
I am excited to share Building Communities of Care, a journey designed specifically for those who would like to reconnect with themselves and their communities. Together, we will empower one another through active listening, presence, and powerful questions. This is not a “one and done” type of experience. It begins with two foundational sessions and it is designed to establish a peer coaching practice for mutual support and growth. We are building a community of care and support where participants can continue to practice and uplift each other long after our initial workshops.
The Journey
Building on the connection we established through active listening and empathetic reflection in Part I, we move into the power of the question. You’ll learn to ask the kind of curious, open-ended questions that spark clarity and empower others to verbalise their challenges and their truth and find their own heart-centered solutions and next steps.
You will learn how to:
- listen for the words that lead to the heart of the matter
- clarify the “what” and the “who” in a situation
- deepen awareness of the values and needs involved
- move from insight to action
🌱 Maximum 12 participants for Part II. This allows us to dive deeper into our practice and continue to build genuine trust within our growing community.
Ongoing Support & Bonuses:
✨ Monthly Peer Coaching sessions including coaching demos, peer practice, and Q&A.
✨ Access to a Community of Care: A support network for and by conscious individuals like you, rooted in active listening and asking powerful questions.
✨ A digital toolkit to support your journey long after the workshop ends.
Ready to shift from problem-solver to heart-centered listener and inquirer?

https://sambodhi.ro/organizer/?fesection=organizer&feparam=732Hi, I’m Viorica and I am a Mindfulness Life Coach, Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), and Sound Healing Practitioner. After 12 years in Asia, I moved back to Romania and decided to make Bucharest my home. While working as a teacher in China and Thailand, I came in contact with mindfulness life coaching, the Zen Buddhist teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, and various forms of yoga and sound healing. Having experienced and witnessed the effects of stress and burnout among educators and other professionals, I decided to change paths and dedicate my work to well-being and self-care. I bring with me a love of mindfulness, yoga, and a deep desire to create safe spaces for others to integrate self-care into their lives and thrive. My intention for my life is to live with joy and ease, listen to my heart, and cultivate love every day. I love dancing (salsa, bachata, kizomba), genuine human connection, and playing badminton and ping-pong just for fun. I’m looking forward to connecting with you.
