The reason why we bring this to you
Last year we arrived in India for the first time and we felt like home, instantly. There was no need for us to adapt – maybe only to the spiciness level of food – because everything felt so right and so natural. It didn’t take us long to realize that this experience is worthy for all of you who like to explore inner & outer worlds, who enjoy visiting new places, especially the ones that offer an exotic embrace and immense cultural richness.
Our intentions
- Yatra: The journey (yatra) is a part of every process. Life itself is a beautiful journey. It allows you to explore authentic moments in the most spiced-up places.
- Shivo hum: Translates into I am wellbeing: one with the mind, one with the body, one with the spirit. Wellness is attained when the whole being is aligned.
- Shanti: In a place where sereneness surrounds you, you find shanti (peace) within you. All our activities are just a catalyst, you are your own guide in this journey.
- Chandra: Chandra – the moon – illuminates our path with its serene glow, reminding us of the beauty in each phase of our journey. Like the moon’s gentle light, our travels guide us through moments of reflection and transformation.

Everything we bring to you in this retreat has already been experienced by us during our visits to this amazing corner of Paradise. Staying at Soneca Cola Beach Resort
Soneca Beach Resort is situated in Cola Beach area, a few steps from the river where we can go kayaking. The resort provides a private beach area, glamping accommodation surrounded by lush greenery, a bonfire place, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Everything we need in one place.
Every glamping tent is beautifully designed and furnished so you feel comfortable for the entire stay. Just close your eyes and imagine waking up to your private terrace with sea view.
For us, this is the perfect way to start the day! All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom & shower and AC. The resort also offers room service and free WiFi throughout the property.

Guides & Facilitators
Andreea Dumitru is a curious being, passionate of traveling, conscious movement aligning the body, mind & soul and mindful living in harmony with nature. Andreea is ready to hold space and to guide you to your inner and outter worlds in the activities proposed.
Dan Tihoi started his grown-up life as a full time laywer in London. Shortly after, he realized he is a wildflower, so he started living like one. He is excited to return to Goa and to be part of your Indian journey.
Dana Rachieru is a yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner whose spiritual journey has taken her across the globe, from serene retreats to vibrant cultures. Guided by a deep well of wisdom and a passion for holistic well-being, she creates sacred spaces that offer profound relaxation and inner peace.
Miluna Stefan is a yoga teacher and soulful guide, creating safe and sacred spaces where hearts open. With gentle wisdom and an intuitive touch, she leads you through the flowing rhythms of yoga and the liberating beats of ecstatic dance. In her presence, movement becomes a journey of self-discovery, a dance of mindfulness, and a celebration of community, inviting you to grow, connect and embrace the fullness of your being.

Te invit sa ne intalnim in acest spatiu safe, in care calatorim prin asane, respiratie si meditatie spre relaxarea corpului si eliberarea mintii.
