When we slow down, we finally hear what our bodies are trying to tell us. 🌿
In a world that constantly asks us to “do” more, we often lose touch with our internal landscape. For many of us, the mental load can lead to a “frozen” nervous system and physical tension. This class is an invitation to transition from the “doing” of the week into a state of deep “being”—a heart-centered journey designed to help you reconnect and cultivate a kinder relationship with yourself.
Through a blend of mindful movement and reflective stillness, we create a community space where you are invited to show up exactly as you are—no “fixing” required.
The Somatic Journey: What to Expect
🍃 Somatic Movement: A slow, intuitive yoga flow focused on the sensation of the movement rather than the perfection of the pose. We move to release tension and wake up the body’s natural wisdom.
🍃 Breathwork (Pranayama): Gentle techniques to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and ground your energy.
🍃 Compassion Practices: Guided Loving-Kindness (Metta) meditations and heart-centered inquiries to foster self-acceptance and emotional resilience.
🍃 Sound & Stillness: Often ending with the resonance of Tibetan singing bowls or chimes to deepen your relaxation and integration.

After 12 years in Asia, I moved back to Romania and decided to make Bucharest my home. While working as a teacher in China and Thailand, I came in contact with mindfulness life coaching, the Zen Buddhist teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, and various forms of yoga and sound healing. Having experienced and witnessed the effects of stress and burnout among educators and other professionals, I decided to change paths and dedicate my work to well-being and self-care. I bring with me a love of mindfulness, yoga, and a deep desire to create safe spaces for others to integrate self-care into their lives and thrive. My intention for my life is to live with joy and ease, listen to my heart, and cultivate love every day. I love dancing (salsa, bachata, kizomba), genuine human connection, and playing badminton and ping-pong just for fun. I’m looking forward to connecting with you.
