Despre Facilitator

Hi, my name is Mariia. I am an accredited yoga instructor. In my lessons, I combine classic Hatha Yoga with creative and dynamic Vinyasa flow. My mission is to help people overcome toxic patterns and misconceptions about themselves, and to achieve this, I utilise a powerful tool: yoga practice. My classes are usually gentle and beginner-friendly. I place a strong emphasis on teaching you to understand and appreciate your body.

As a person, I’m humorous, empathetic, playful and mindful so my classes tend to reflect my personality. If you think our energies match, let’s do some yoga together.
