Despre Facilitator

hi, my name is daria, 200-hour registered yoga teacher. every yogi says this, but yoga changed my life – from teaching me how to accept and understand my body, to helping me navigate emotional storms, to giving me some answers I’d been looking for, yoga is the practice that keeps me grounded every day. i think everyone would be much happier with a little yoga in their lives, and that the world would be happier with more yogis! i completed my training at ISHTA Yoga in new york city and now i’m back in bucharest, my hometown, hoping to spread more of this wonderful practice with the world. when i don’t practice yoga, i dance, i engage in activism, i write and i look for answers through academic methods. i can’t wait to see you on the mat!
