Gentle Yoga Flow for a Quiet Mind (En)
hi, you’re in the right place. my name is daria and i’d love to guide you while you discover everything that yoga can change for you.
gentle flow for a quiet mind is how i invite you to do that. this class is all about bringing yourself back into balance – whatever that means for you and your body. you can think of it as an all-purpose class, where we move through all parts of the body, grounding and creating space as we go, and where this movement, synchronized with your breath, then helps you quieten everything that’s loud in your mind.
whether it’s your first yoga class or you are an advanced practitioner, this class is designed to help you (re-)discover your practice. the goal is to help you get access to your state of inner stillness, both on the mat and outside of it.
teaching language is english. translation into romanian will be available on an as-needed basis.
you’ll practice:
🌀being aware of your breath, which directly impacts your energy and stress levels;
🌀listening to your body with its needs and its limits;
🌀moving consciously, simultaneously strengthening and soothing your spine, muscles and joints;
🌀self-love and inner stillness.

hi, my name is daria, 200-hour registered yoga teacher.
every yogi says this, but yoga changed my life – from teaching me how to accept and understand my body, to helping me navigate emotional storms, to giving me some answers i’d been looking for, yoga is the practice that keeps me grounded every day. i think everyone would be much happier with a little yoga in their lives, and that the world would be happier with more yogis!
i completed my training at ISHTA Yoga in new york city and now I’m back in bucharest, my hometown, hoping to spread more of this wonderful practice with the world.
when i don’t practice yoga, i dance, i engage in activism, i write and i look for answers through academic methods. i can’t wait to see you on the mat!
