Hello, wonderful people. I invite you to pause, breathe, be present, and do yoga with me during this 75-minute session.
Every Friday | 12:00 – 13:15 | Sambodhi studio
First class – 30 lei
Single class – 60 lei

About class
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, I will guide you through a balanced practice that nurtures both body and mind. We are going to combine flexibility, strength and balance exercises. Learn to turn off thought and concentrate on movements and sensations,
Your journey through the class:
We are going to start slow and have time to fully arrive at the practice. We are going to warm up our bodies and move to the asana practice, followed by relaxing shavasana and pranayama (breathing) practice.

My classes are usually gentle and beginner-friendly. I place a strong emphasis on teaching you to understand and appreciate your body. As a person, I’m humorous, empathetic, playful and mindful so my classes tend to reflect my personality. If you think our energies match, let’s do some yoga together.
