Hello, I am Hai. In 2021, I attended my first yoga course in my hometown in Germany, and since then my life hasn’t been the same! I gained further experience in Contact Improvisation and InnerDance, and completed training in Conscious Connected Breathing(Breath of Freedom). During a Plant medicine ceremony that included Kundalini NRGY Awakening I received profound insights into my life. All these experiences helped me become a catalyst for Kundalini NRGY Awakening and create a safe and sacred space for everyone involved.
