Get ready to move, feel, and flow!
This beginner-friendly Vinyasa class is the perfect way to reconnect with your body and spirit. Each month, we’ll explore a different emotion—inviting it in, letting it move through us, and releasing what no longer serves. Through mindful movement, we’ll bring balance to the mind and realign the body, creating space for clarity and calm.
This class is all about showing up exactly as you are. No pressure, no expectations—just you, your mat, and a supportive flow to help still the mind and open the heart.

https://sambodhi.ro/organizer/?fesection=organizer&feparam=644Hi, my name is Niamh, and I’m from Ireland. I found yoga during a time in my life when everything felt incredibly busy, and I was searching for a way to feel calm and in control. Yoga became a safe space for me — a place where I could reconnect with myself and process my emotions. I was very lucky to complete my yoga teacher training in Bali, where I studied Vinyasa and Hatha yoga at House of Om. That experience deepened my connection to the practice and gave me the tools to share it with others. My goal as a teacher is to share the sense of peace that yoga has brought into my life. I structure my classes around emotional themes, focusing on the idea that we are not our emotions — but rather, we are aware of them. We observe their arrival, sit with them, and allow them to pass without judgment.
