Scopul terapiei prin artă este de a utiliza procesul creativ pentru a ajuta oamenii să exploreze auto-exprimarea și, făcând acest lucru, să găsească noi modalități de a obține o perspectivă personală și de a dezvolta noi abilități de coping.
Binecunoscuta zicală “O imagine valorează o mie de cuvinte”, reflectă efectul puternic pe care îl au artele și expresia creativă asupra înțelegerii și comunicării umane.
Acestea fiind spuse, vă invit să ne pictăm energia împreună, să lăsăm copilul interior să se bucure de moment.
Este un bun prilej de conectare. Ne vom cunoaște mai bine, vom lega noi prietenii.
Râsetele și voia bună nu vor lipsi. Promit!
Ia o pauză de la rutina cotidiană și dă-ți voie să fii artist pentru câteva ore. Așa cum simți s-o faci, este perfect!

Incercand diverse lucruri de-a lungul timpului, de ceva timp, mergand pe drumul descoperirii Sinelui, m-am oprit la pictura intuitiva si masaj energetic. Sunt metodele mele de a ma conecta real cu oamenii din jurul meu. Sunt daruri pentru care sunt recunoscatoare si pe care incerc sa le impartasesc cu cat mai multa lume. Pun suflet in amandoua.

The purpose of art therapy is to use the creative process to help people explore self-expression and, in doing so, find new ways to gain a personal perspective and develop new coping skills.
The well-known saying “A picture is worth a thousand words” reflects the powerful effect that the arts and creative expression have on human understanding and communication.
That being said, I invite you to paint our energy together, to let the inner child enjoy the moment.
It is a good opportunity to connect. We will get to know each other better, we will make new friends.
Laughter and goodwill will not be lacking. I promise!
Take a break from your daily routine and allow yourself to be an artist for a few hours. The way you feel about it, it’s perfect!
