DESCRIPTION:We are very pleased to be able to invite Akari to Bucharest for the first time!\nWe have been able to experience her energetic uniqueness over many years in Thailand and it is a special pleasure and heart project for us to be able to share this unique opportunity with the Bucharest community.\n13/7 (Sat) : Ecstatic Kirtan\n14/7 (Sun) : The Art of Kirtan Workshop\n \n⭐ KIRTAN is part of an ancient form of Yoga known as Bhakti – the Yoga of Devotion, Heart based singing devoted to the Divine.\n*The Kirtan leader sings ancient devotional songs and the audience has an opportunity to participate by repeating each line guided by the lead singer. You may participate actively by singing, or passively – just receiving sound and enjoying a meditative state. Both are more than welcome!\nKirtans were originally written in Sanskrit, the ancient Indian language. The Sanskrit alphabet has a strong energetic and vibrational component – it is said that the words, when chanted, create a powerful positive vibration in the body, affecting a person’s mind and spirit.\n*In other words, no knowledge of Sanskrit is needed to receive and experience the yogic benefits of kirtan.\n⭐ This 2-hour kirtan journey will serve you to open your heart space, throat area, receive a lot of positive energy and fill your life with more joy, love and peace of mind!\nNo need to be a singer or musical, and no need to have any prior knowledge to participate.  Everyone is welcome from all backgrounds with all intentions. \nWe look forward to co-creating a deep heart-ful space together.\n⭐ Aside Kirtan – Akari will guide meditation to help us to:\n\nground and connect to our body and breath\nsing from the heart space\nexperience freedom from within\nexperience the power of your own voice as a tool to connect with the soul\nexpand and vibrate higher, receiving more joy in life!\nremember who you are!\n\n \n💎 AKARI TAMURA\nOriginally from Japan, for the last decade she lives in “crystal island” Koh Phangan (Thailand) and always follows her devotional heart – which often brings her to India. Akari is a passionate yoga teacher, highly experienced kirtan leader since 2013, multi-instrumentalist, author of “Mantra song book” for Kirtan leaders and a professional vocal coach. She grew up studying music and there is no day without music since then.
