DESCRIPTION:During this practice you will connect with an intelligent energy source that awakens your own life force and activates parts of you that lie dormant. This practice has its origins in two distinct healing frequencies(and also my own awakened frequency), one which is called InnerDance that originated from a Philippine man called Pi Villaraza who received the ability to heal people after going on a profound vision quest on an Island for two years, living solely on coconuts, and also Reconnective Healing, which originates from Eric Pearl, who also received his healing ability by ‚accident‘.\nAs a catalyst, I will touch you on certain Chakra points and work with you energetically as well. This is in Yogic tradition akin to Shaktipath.\nI will use certain music to change your brainwave states during a session.\nThis healing frequency has the ability to activate a potential in you that is previously undiscovered.\nScientific studies prove that it raises energy levels, heightens consciousness, increases sensitivity to (suppressed) emotions and subtle feelings, and makes positive DNA modifications.\nThe special thing about this healing modality is the activation of Shakti energy which usually results in a so called Inner Dance, spontaneous movements(which you can stop at any time) of the body that are akin to yoga poses, mudras and Shiva’s dance.\nBut you can have a non-dual experience too.\nEmotional releases are common in this practice.\nWhile Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork focuses on using your own force to activate the life force in your body, this modality is solely done by invitation. The energy is very soft and can never overstimulate your nervous system.\nThe only thing that is required is your surrender and trust to the process.\nThe session will be led in English, but there will be no speaking involved during the practice. So non-english speakers are welcome as well.\nThe energy exchange is 150 lei.\nI’ll be happy to welcome you!\n
