DESCRIPTION:Meet me on the mat for a water flow vinyasa practice to cultivate fluidity, adaptability, and flexibility.\nWe will start our class with a brief breath work or pranayama. The tradition of working with the breath exists in the yogic philosophy and it is generally seen as preparation for both asana (postures) and subsequently for meditation.\nAs we flow with each of the asanas, we will be focusing on the second chakra (Svadhisthana or the sacral chakra) with an emphasis on the hips and pelvis, and our joints’ mobility.\nThe sacral chakra is associated with the element of water that represents flow and flexibility. This energy assists in letting go, accepting change, and transformation in life.\nMeet me on the mat if you are able to carve out an hour of your life to connect to yourself through your breath as you go within and move your body.\nContribution: 50 RON / class\nOther: Please note, while each asana will be cued in detail and I will provide different variations for each posture as well as hands-on adjustments, the practice is not designed for beginners (it is recommended to have practised yoga at least a few times beforehand). The class will be taught in English.\n
