The most beautiful way to cultivate a sense of presence in your life is through connecting your mind with your body.
Close your eyes and breathe.
Breathe and just pay attention to your inhales and exhales.
Slowly start to move by synchronising movement with breath.
Be gentle with your body but also challenge it.
Challenge it and listen to it.
Observe the messages that your body is sending you.
I invite you to join me in a 1 hour yoga practice where we combine movement with breath and relaxation so that we start being more present in our lives.

Cel mai frumos mod de a fi prezent este printr-o simpla conectare a corpului cu mintea.
Inchide ochii si respira.
Respira si fii atent doar la inspiratie si expiratie.
Incepe sa te misti usor coreland miscarea cu respiratia.
Fii bland cu corpul tau si in acelasi timp provoaca-l.
Provoaca-l si asculta-l.
Observa ce mesaje iti da.
Te invit la o ora de practica yoga in care imbinam miscarea cu respiratia si cu relaxarea astfel incat sa cultivam o stare de prezenta.
Ne vedem la @Sambodhi in fiecare vineri de la 18:00.
