This weekend, add yoga in your plans.
This is a two hour long, slow-paced, holistic yoga session aimed at communing with yoga with its other limbs besides asanas such as pranayama and dhyana and swadhyaya.
If you are a beginner or absolutely new to yoga, this would be a good entry point to getting in touch with what yoga is beyond body movements.
If you are experienced with yoga, it is a good reminder of the fundamentals of yoga.
