Let yourself guided into a state of flow. Awaken your body through mindful movement and conscious breathing. A practice to discover the freedom within and explore your creative expression. Expand your awareness and movement vocabulary. Enjoy the intricacies of your body.
A little activation, lots of deep breaths, fluid movements, and some fun(ky) transitions will leave you full of energy, bubbly and open.
~ HOW
We will begin this practice through movement meditation, noticing our senses, exploring somatics, enjoying the feeling of aliveness. We loosen the body getting the energy to flow. The yoga part is fun and flowy, with reminders at times to feel strength within, whether it’s already there or you’re building it up and also, soften and let go. Last but not least, some time to ground both the body and mind with some gentle stretches before surrendering to stillness into Shavasana.
~ WHERE
This class is a safe space for everyone to be playful and let go of the everyday tension, gain strength and flexibility in your body, mind and soul. Expect good tunes, a friendly community and the best weekend vibes.

At these times we recommend bringing your OWN yoga mat, however yoga mats are available at the studio.
This class is not recommended to complete beginners.
