Breathe Well and Heal: A Course on Yogic Breathing
Take a few seconds and observe how you are breathing. Is your natural breath long and deep and fulfilling or is it short and shallow?
Most of us are dealing with constant stress and worry which negatively impacts the quality of the breath. When a person is not breathing well, they are prone to sickness of all kinds due to having insufficient oxygenation and lower immunity levels. Breathing, as simple as it sounds, is a single function that if taken care of, can improve one’s health and wellbeing dramatically.
In this 4 sessions, 6 hours course, I am going to take you from the very basics of breathing to some advanced tools. If you incorporate them in your daily life, within a few days you will start noticing the benefits of breathing well. These yogic practices, called Pranayama, have been used by yogis for thousands of years for spiritual realisation. Yogis have kept their bodies well functioned in the Himalayan caves and learnt to survive on Prana directly absorbed from breathing.

Cost: This is a 6-hour course, held on weekends at 10am, spread across 4 sessions of 90 min each. All the classes can be joined live on ZOOM. All the classes will be recorded and recordings will be provided after each session.
The cost for the whole course is 100 euros.
