A 3 weeks yoga module, through which I am challenging you to get out of your comfort zone, practice with me and dozens of other like-minded aspiring people for 3 weeks, 5 days a week at 7 am in the morning from your home.
I have been holding such challenges for 3 years already and hundreds of people have gained mental peace, good health, and great satisfaction in their daily lives.
Yoga has become a lifestyle for them, not just something they do once in a while.
You know that you need discipline and a conducive, supportive environment in which you are supported and constantly motivated.

We are well into the 3rd year of our daily morning yoga practice and there is no reason that we will stop.
Hundreds of participants have changed their lifestyles and improved their health & overall well-being through these practices and thus gained deeper insight into their inner selves.
The world has seen humongous changes in the past year so has each one of us but one thing that kept many of us sane and aligned with our center has been our daily morning yoga practice.
𝐖𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲:
When we wake up early in the morning, we do not need to start our day by rushing into our tasks instead we can begin by taking a few deep breaths, drinking some warm water, reminding ourselves of the blessings life has bestowed upon us, and then slowly and consciously begin the day where we come from the place of action, not that of reaction.
𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 are the three principal values that we need in the present world more than ever.
It might be harder to stick to discipline but when we are a part of a community that is built upon similar goals, the synergy of it makes it possible for us to maintain our motivation and inspiration for inner change.
A daily practice of yoga (which is not only postures but includes various breathing techniques, meditation, sound therapy through mantras, and discussions on yoga philosophy) keeps us in great physical, mental, and spiritual health.
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧:
Anyone with knowledge and practice of the basics of asanas.
The sessions tend to gradually get to the intermediate level so a prior practice of asanas is important.
Not for ABSOLUTE beginners!

Classes from Monday to Friday, 3 weeks in a row, at 7:00 am, for 90minutes starting January 10th.
